Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The product is damaged, defective, or not working properly
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is unused and in its original packaging
Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once used or opened.
Products that show signs of use or physical damage caused by the customer may not qualify for a return or refund.

Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or another agreed payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
